Engineering Supply. Delivering Results.
Mining and mineral-processing equipment, spares and wear parts — procured against a proper duty specification, verified before it ships, delivered to your site. Not a parts catalogue. Not a broker.

Start where your problem is
Pick the stage you need equipment or spares for. Each stage lists what we supply — and exactly what we need from you in order to quote it.
Select a stage. Your stage not shown? Tell us the duty — we will still quote it.
What we supply
Beside each stage is the specification we need in order to quote. If you can answer it, we can price it. If you cannot, we will help you work it out.
Everything between the ROM pad and the first crusher — the stage most often under-specified, and the one that stalls a plant.
Sticky, wet or clay-bearing feed changes the entire selection. Tell us early.
Primary, secondary and tertiary — fixed, skid or mobile. Selected on work index and product curve, not on catalogue tonnage.
Without Wi and Ai, a crusher quote is a guess. We will not send you one.
Wet and dry screening, from scalping to fine sizing — including the screen media, which is where the running cost actually lives.
Send a photo of the existing panel and its frame — we can match the media exactly.
The largest power draw in the plant. Specified on grind energy, not on mill diameter.
Liners and media are the recurring spend. We quote them as a programme, not one-off.
Getting the cut point right is what stops the mill grinding what is already fine enough.
Send the existing cyclone make with apex and vortex sizes — we can often improve the cut without new hardware.
Gravity, flotation, magnetic or leach — the route follows your mineralogy, not what a supplier happens to hold in stock.
If you have an assay or a met test report, send it. It changes the selection more than anything else.
Cake moisture and water recovery — the two numbers that decide both the equipment and the operating cost.
A settling test result beats every assumption we could make on your behalf.
Moving tailings and getting the water back — where pipeline head and wear life decide the whole cost.
A hand sketch of the pipeline profile is enough to start. It does not need to be a drawing.
Present at every stage, and the most common single cause of unplanned downtime. Selected on duty and wear life, not on a curve alone.
Tell us the wear life you get today. That number, not the catalogue, drives the selection.
Belts, idlers and transfer points — plus the chute detail that stops the spillage nobody budgeted for.
For idlers and pulleys, the roll diameter and shaft detail matter more than the brand.
In most African operations, power is the largest single line in the operating cost — and the most common reason a plant runs below nameplate. We size the supply against your real load profile and quote the option that is cheapest per kilowatt-hour delivered, not the one with the lowest sticker price.
In-house, not outsourced. Power is specified together with Energy Flow Solutions, our sister division for power and gas equipment. Same company, same contract, one invoice — you do not get handed to a third party.
We come back with an LCOE comparison — cost per kWh delivered — not just a genset price.
11 & 12 — The recurring business
Most of what a plant actually buys is not a new machine — it is the part that wore out. This is where we intend to earn the relationship.
We supply OEM and equivalent wear and spare parts — mill liners and grinding media, crusher wear parts, screen media, pump wet ends, cyclone liners, belting, idlers and filter cloths.
Where an equivalent part performs as well as the OEM item, we will say so and price both. Where it does not, we will tell you that too. We would rather lose the order than send you a part that fails early — a failed wear part costs you a shift, not a discount.
A photo of the worn part and its nameplate is usually enough. Send it on WhatsApp.
The order a plant places most often is not a spare part — it is the drum that ran out. Reagents and consumables are a monthly commitment, and running dry costs you a pour, not a purchase order.
We supply against your consumption rate, not against a one-off enquiry: a standing schedule, consolidated shipment, one arrival — instead of five suppliers and five sets of paperwork.
On regulated chemicals we will say no when we must. Cyanide and comparable reagents are export-controlled and require permits, correct packaging and an ICMI-compliant chain. If the paperwork is not right, we will not ship it — and we will tell you why rather than quietly stall.
Send us last year's consumption. We will quote a standing schedule, not a spot price.
How we work
The difference between procurement and brokerage sits entirely in steps one and three.
We turn the duty into a written specification. If data is missing, we tell you which measurement or test will settle it.
We approach manufacturers against that specification and compare on price, lead time and fit — not on whoever answers first.
Certificates, material reports and — where the value justifies it — inspection or witness testing before the goods leave the works.
Consolidation in Dubai, full documentation, Incoterms agreed in writing, freight and customs clearance.
Followed through to the project gate — and if something slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Who we are — and are not
Send us the duty
You do not need a finished specification to talk to us. Send what you have — a photo, a nameplate, a tonnage, a complaint — and we will tell you what else is needed.
